June Energy is convinced that energy will be 100% renewable in the future. However, they feel the transition is going too slowly, which is why they want to do their part now. Thanks to an easy-to-install smart technology, June monitors your consumption and constantly compares current rates on the market. That way you'll be smarter about your consumption and automatically assured of the lowest rates.
In early 2017, June began looking for a logistics extension with which to ship their technology together. Key areas of focus in their search were:

It is important that this thinking along is also adapted to the specific phase in which the company finds itself. After all, in an innovative start-up that is growing rapidly, needs can change. How BME and June Energy came together for an efficient e-fulfillment process
After an initial quick consultation, all of BME's questions became clear and we decided to get to work on them. Together with June's team, we dove deeper into their strategy and the desired image they wanted to convey to their customers. From there, we developed an e-fulfilment process that aligned perfectly with these goals. This seamlessly integrated the entire process from sales to delivery into one story.
We then established a quick and smooth connection between the two systems, keeping in mind the predefined processes. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed correctly, even during peak periods.
To make sure that everything runs smoothly and continues to run smoothly, we kept very close monitoring and communication with June during the first few months. After the integration period of several months, all this flows into quarterly meetings, where we briefly update each other on how things are going and discuss new developments on both sides.
Successful and growing together
The startup was intense, but together we successfully launched this collaboration. The customer gets access to June's technology in a very smooth and fast way.
Today we see that our communication and collaboration continue to develop in line with June's growth. Thanks to this open communication, we are able to constantly monitor the collaboration and adjust if necessary.
