For smooth and efficient order processing, we decided to develop our own Pick & Pack system. Using an intuitive visual tool, we effortlessly prepare orders quickly and accurately. This approach allows us to smoothly handle peak periods and makes it easy to train colleagues quickly and smoothly. Flexibility in storage and dispatching
Product bundling increases storage space and results in a decrease in individual inventory flexibility. This limits overall inventory flexibility. In addition, it imposes additional costs to assemble the bundles. To reduce these costs, we cleverly modified our process. Although the products are created as bundles, they are split into individual order lines at order import. This maintains the stock of individual products and the bundles without using additional storage space. This approach maintains flexibility for the customer and contributes to cost savings.
