Izico, the company behind the most well-known snack in the fryer, the Bicky Burger, was looking for a logistics partner to flexibly provide fryers with POS materials. Specifically, through certain savings promotions, fryers can redeem their accumulated points through an app for various promotional materials from Bicky Burger.
Their brand experience is central, which is why she put the main focus on:
- Fast order processing, even for large quantities.
- Smooth communication with the logistics company, as well as with their customers.
- Access the necessary information to communicate with their customers in a targeted way.
- Reduce manual actions to the absolute minimum by integrating and automating systems.
Digitalization as a key to successful collaboration
We first established a digital connection between the MyBeats app, which serves as an ordering platform, and our warehouse. This gives customers:
- A flexible ordering platform with fast processing of its orders.
- A portal to track their inventory and order statuses.
- A digital communication stream that uses certain statuses to inform consumers about the status of their order(s).
We ensure short lines of communication, with quarterly meetings in Genk or Breda. For certain actions it is necessary to be short on time and it is crucial that we can always consult quickly.
